OK, this suburb of Tampa is along west side the Tampa International Airport and besides the name and location, it has a couple other really nice things about it. The size is 72,000 people, but the largely residential area is not over crowded. The lots the houses sit on come in various sizes, so there is elbowroom for the long armed ape. And for boating apes, the Bay Pointe Waterfront is a place where the likelihood you have a dock out back is almost equal to the likelihood you have a driveway in front. That’s pretty nice odds to this ape.
